This weekend I took a trip to Paignton on the English Riviera. I was invited to the Lighthouse, a former hotel along the Paignton Sea Front. With the premises soon to be knocked down the owners have allowed a group of young adults et up a youth project for some of kids in Paignton. As you can see from the photo above they have given them free reign over the building, throughout the weekend there was a mixture of daytime graffiti events followed by evening entertainment and an opportunity for people to come and have a drink, listen to some music and view the art work that had been created by the kids with the help of some of Britains best graffiti artists.
Music was provided by a mix of DJ's and live events including a visit from the guys who run the highly acclaimed retro night 'Revolver' in Manchester and one of the UK's best new bands Ten Bears.
